This meeting is designed for ANYONE but may provide additional benefits to those affected by PTSD, anxiety, depression, or other emotional/physical alignments.

Join me as I share more detailed information about the 6 WEEK Freedom Flow series and Teen Workshop that will kick off in September 2022

All levels and abilities are welcomed and valued. Gentle yoga stretches will be included, and you are invited to participate at your comfort level.

You are not alone- come join other teens in a safe, non-judgmental, non-competitive atmosphere as we explore breathing techniques, yoga poses, tapping, journaling prompts, mudra's, mantra's and more!!  Learn new holistic techniques to help you cope with the stressors of life and leave feeling relaxed, renewed and confident to handle the demands of life even in the most challenging of times.  Come find freedom on your mat.

No experience needed- just come with a positive mind, open heart and willingness to learn some new ideas and techniques.

6-week Freedom Flow Series

Each week we will explore a topic for discussion - along with a holistic tool to add to your health and wellness tool kit. Gentle yoga stretches and meditation will be included weekly.
