Exercise is the number one way to control how we age and I’m passionate about helping women take control of how they are aging and feel great in their bodies thru exercise.
There’s magic that comes from growing more fit and confident in our bodies. It overflows into all areas of our lives. It is powerful.
I help you build the exercise habit and grow to love movement or if you’re already there, I can help you exercise more efficiently and get more results.
My fitness training is exclusively with women (only exceptions is for MF couples). I take a straightforward approach, focusing on helping you build a foundation of wellness in all four pillars of fitness: Strength, flexibility, balance and cardio.
My dual certifications are through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) as a personal fitness trainer and whole health coach with specializations in weight management and senior fitness training. I also hold a bachelor’s degree in business.
