Hollie Bickel
Graduate Intern
I believe therapy is a space for healing, reflection, and real growth—and I'm here to walk alongside you in that process. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or just trying to make sense of what’s next, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
In our work together, I offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe showing up as you are. My counseling style is collaborative and compassionate, grounded in the belief that you already have the strength to create meaningful change. I use a mix of evidence-based approaches—like cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, motivational interviewing, and strengths-based techniques—tailored to fit your needs and goals.
Right now, I’m completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Missouri State University and am currently working with clients under supervision. My focus is on helping adolescents and adults who are navigating anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, identity exploration, and emotional overwhelm. I bring curiosity, empathy, and a deep respect for your story into every session.
If you're looking for someone to support you in finding clarity, confidence, and connection, I'm here for you!
