I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, in both Missouri and Illinois. I have dedicated my life to the betterment of the people I meet and work with professionally. In addition to education and
training in mental health treatments and modalities, I have obtained certificates in sports, personal, and child nutrition and am passionate about helping people to become physically fit, as they define it.
