Navigating life, identity, and healing in today's society can be overwhelming, but you don't have to face it alone! I believe therapy should be a safe, non-judgmental space to grow and learn, and a space where you can celebrate and work through the joys and complexities that come with being a human. I view therapy as a collaborative experience; you are the expert on your own life, and I am here to help you feel ready to face what's thrown your way. I believe you have the strength and ability to create change, and I am here to help empower you to use that strength!

I approach therapy from a systemic lens, understanding that there are several factors such as family, work, society, friendships, and other pressures that may impact how you feel on a day-to-day basis. I strive to apply cultural humility to our interactions, respecting your origins, your story, and the perspective you bring therapy. With lived experience as a queer person from an immigrant background, I bring empathy and a
unique understanding to our work together. I utilize approaches such as Bowenian family therapy, emotionally-focused therapy, experiential therapy, attachment-based therapy, narrative therapy, and more, tailored to fit your needs, strengths, and preferences.

I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of Minnesota, with a dual minor in Developmental Psychology and Family Social Science. I'm currently working on completing my Master's in Marital and Family Therapy at St. Louis University, and I am working with clients under supervision. I work with individuals, couples, and families navigating various stressors, including but not limited to queer identity, identity exploration, immigrant family stressors, minority stress, emotional healing, generational trauma, attachment wounds, and more.

Regardless of the challenges you are facing, I aim to be a warm,
curious collaborator in your work towards healing, growth, and self-discovery. You are not alone, and we are in this together!
