Graduate Intern
I see therapy as an opportunity for growth and understanding, and I’m excited to accompany you on that journey. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it’s okay to seek support as you navigate through challenges. In our time together, I aim to create a safe and inviting space where you can be yourself without fear of judgment. My counseling approach is grounded in collaboration and understanding, as I believe that you have the potential to create positive change. I incorporate various techniques, including play therapy, mindfulness practices, and strengths-based strategies to tailor our sessions to what works best for you. I’m currently working towards my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Webster University and have the opportunity to support clients under supervision. My focus is on helping children and adolescents dealing with anxiety, self-esteem issues, life transitions, and emotional challenges. I bring an open heart and a genuine interest in your story to every session. If you’re looking for support in finding clarity and building resilience, I’m here to help!
