Practicum Student

I am a practicum master's student clinician at St. Louis University studying marriage and family therapy with a concentration in medical family therapy. I believe that every person is unique and valuable, not despite differences, but because of them. I work to provide a welcoming environment where individuals and their families feel safe talking and asking questions without judgment.

I have experience working with multiple populations in both adult and pediatric settings. My clinical interests include working with those on the Autism Spectrum, individuals with adjustment disorders, medical trauma, disabilities, chronic illness, and neurodiversity.

I provide care to both individuals and couples/family systems. As an MFT, I emphasize systemic factors and the importance of psychoeducation for both clients and their families. I strive to help my clients better understand and accept themselves and celebrate their unique identity. My approach to therapy is collaborative and client-led. I combine lived experience as a neurodivergent individual with a chronic illness with evidence-based therapeutic models to provide individualized, client-centered care.
