Mandy Currier
B.S., Life Coach
Owner, Compassion Life Coaching LLC
Mandy Currier is the founder of Compassion Life Coaching LLC, where she works alongside children, teens, adults of all ages, couples, and families as a compassionate guide, advocate, and supportive sounding board. Drawing from both professional experience and personal adversity, Mandy believes healing happens through authentic human connection, compassion, and understanding rather than labels and diagnoses. Her approach focuses on helping individuals better understand themselves, develop emotional regulation skills, build resilience, and navigate life’s challenges in a safe, judgment-free environment.
Before launching her coaching practice, Mandy completed 60 graduate credit hours in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Educational Counseling through Lindenwood University. While her studies provided a strong foundation in mental health, child development, and counseling practices, her experiences ultimately led her to embrace a more person-centered approach that prioritizes healing, empowerment, and meaningful relationships over diagnosis.
Prior to her work in coaching, Mandy spent eleven years as an elementary educator. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Missouri–St. Louis, along with K–12 Special Education Certification. Throughout her teaching career, she developed a deep passion for supporting the emotional well-being of students and families. Following the pandemic, Mandy created and taught a weekly mental health class for students and their families, helping them navigate anxiety, emotional regulation, and the growing mental health challenges impacting children. This experience became a turning point in her professional journey and reinforced her belief that children cannot fully access learning until they feel emotionally safe and regulated.
Mandy is a certified life coach through Transformation Academy and was recognized as a WE.org Trauma-Informed Educator during the 2019–2020 school year. She is also passionate about advocacy within education and provides workshops for schools and educators focused on emotional regulation, trauma-informed practices, and supporting the mental health needs of students in today’s classrooms.
As a coach, Mandy serves as a trusted companion for children, teens, adults of all ages, and couples who need a safe, supportive space to feel heard without judgment. She believes every person’s story matters and uses her own experiences to create genuine connection, helping clients feel seen, understood, and empowered as they move toward healing and growth.
