Going to therapy does not have to be a scary experience. When you see a therapist, there is noting wrong with you. Sometimes life throws things at us that we cannot understand. Coming to therapy should be a healing experience whether you have a diagnosis or not.

Through working with me, we can create a plan that helps you to become the best version of yourself. I hope to create a welcoming, accepting and safe space for you to be comfortable and excited to come to therapy. Whether you are experiencing significant life changes, interpersonal problems or something else, I am here to listen and help you.

I graduated with a bachelor’s in Psychology from Missouri State
University and am working on my LPC through Lindenwood University. I work through integrative methods and therefore have unique qualifications to help a broad range of individuals. I also work as a client-centered therapist and therefore let the you determine what your appointments and goals look like. You are unique and your therapeutic experience should be as individual as you are.
