Graduate Intern
I am committed to providing a safe and supportive space where you can express your emotions and discuss any challenges you're facing. Life's struggles are universal; sometimes, we only need a compassionate listener who truly understands. I believe in a collaborative approach to therapy, ensuring you are fully informed and comfortable with the services you receive. Together, we'll work towards your goals, identifying practical steps to overcome obstacles and achieve meaningful change.
Building a strong therapeutic relationship is central to my approach. I find that sessions are most productive and rewarding when clients feel validated and empathized with, especially when navigating personal barriers.
With a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Southeast Missouri State University and currently pursuing a Master's in Clinical Counseling from Lindenwood University, I integrate academic knowledge with life experience to offer a positive and welcoming approach to therapy.
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, relationship issues, or life transitions, I aim to provide a peaceful space to process challenges, gain clarity, and find solutions. Together, we can work towards a healthier, more fulfilling life.
