I believe therapy is a space for support, healing, and personal growth, and I strive to create an environment where clients feel safe, heard, and accepted as they are. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and you do not have to navigate those challenges alone. My approach to counseling is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in building genuine connections while helping clients recognize their own strengths and resilience.

I am currently pursuing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lindenwood University and have experience working with children and families through foster care services. I am especially passionate about supporting adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, stress, self esteem,
and emotional challenges. My goal is to provide a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build coping skills, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace.
