Graduate Intern

With a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s most profound questions, I specialize in an existential approach to counseling that explores the search for meaning, personal freedom, and the challenges of the human condition. My work focuses on guiding clients through issues such as anxiety, identity, isolation, and life transitions by fostering self-awareness and encouraging authentic living.

I have experience supporting diverse populations within community-based settings. Drawing on existential philosophy, I help clients confront life’s uncertainties while empowering them to create purpose and connection in their own lives. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect, and the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth and self-discovery.

I bring a diverse academic and cultural background to my work in mental health counseling, with a Bachelor’s degree from the American University of Beirut and a Master’s degree in Arabic Language, Islamic History, and Jurisprudence. Currently, I am pursuing a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, where I am deepening my focus on existential psychotherapy and the human search for meaning.

My counseling approach is rooted in existential thought, engaging with life’s core questions around purpose, identity, freedom, and the human condition. I aim to help individuals navigate feelings of isolation, anxiety, and existential uncertainty with compassion and curiosity. With an understanding of both Western psychological frameworks and Middle Eastern philosophical traditions, I offer a space that is reflective, inclusive, and grounded in cultural sensitivity.

I believe in the human capacity for growth and self-understanding and am committed to walking alongside clients as they explore what it means to live authentically and meaningfully.
