I’m a counselor who helps people build more meaningful, authentic relationships—with themselves and with others. My work centers on supporting clients navigating transactional relationship patterns, identity exploration, gender and life transitions, and concerns around sex, intimacy, and connection.

 

I work with individuals and partners across a range of relationship structures, including monogamy, polyamory, and other forms of consensual non-monogamy. I am also kink-aware and affirming, creating a space where clients can explore desire, boundaries, and power dynamics without judgment or shame.

 

My approach is integrative and client-centered, drawing from CBT, DBT, ACT, and existential therapy. Together, we look beyond surface-level patterns to understand what’s driving them—so you can move toward connection, clarity, and choice rather than obligation or survival.

 

I am especially passionate about working with LGBTQ+ individuals and couples, offering an affirming space to explore identity, relationships, and sexuality.
