Courtney Tinnin

M.A., PLPC

While working with me, I strive to provide an authentic, welcoming space where you feel safe to be vulnerable, deepen your self-awareness, and explore the parts of yourself that may feel disconnected or out of alignment. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents, as well children age 8 and older. I believe therapy is an opportunity to better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and move toward living a more authentic and fulfilling life.

I am committed to meeting each person where they are and drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to create an individualized experience. Together, we can work to better understand your emotions, develop coping strategies, explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and gently peel back the layers that can make it difficult to connect with your authentic self.

I bring many years of experience in the mental health field through roles in case management, community support, and counseling. These experiences have strengthened my understanding of mental health and wellness while allowing me to connect with and support individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I am passionate about creating a space where clients feel seen, heard, and accepted as they navigate challenges, discover their strengths, and create lives that feel meaningful to them.
