Therapy is already a vulnerable position for someone to be in which is why my aim is to create a safe and welcoming environment for all who meet with me. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is the basis for a successful therapy journey; this is a relationship that will be fostered with compassion, empathy, and respect. I am committed to providing a safe and validating place for all therapeutic needs while working alongside you to ensure comfortability with the progress made.
I have over three years of experience within the mental health field including inpatient client care and community mental health services with most experience being with those 18 or older. In addition to first hand experience, I graduated from Truman State University with a B.S in Psychology and Justice Systems with current efforts going towards a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lindenwood University.
Looking into therapy is a huge step toward healing yourself, I am here to support and promote these changes to get you to where you want to be!
