Ashley Conley
Graduate Intern
There is no doubt that life presents situations and relationships that can provoke anxiety, worry, fear, anger, and many other strong emotions. The human experience can feel complicated and chaotic. There is good news: you are not alone! I offer nonjudgmental support for people to work through their emotions and experiences. I help people become more confident while decreasing unfavorable feelings and validate their concerns while helping them overcome their adversaries.
I obtained a Bachelor’s degree in English literature and am currently finishing up my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health at Lindenwood University. My therapeutic approach is evidence-based and person-centered with an emphasis on empathy and open-mindedness.
Through my collaborative and holistic approach, it is my goal to focus on the individual as a whole person. I focus on environmental, physical, mental, and spiritual needs to ensure people are supported in a personalized way. I believe everyone has a story worth sharing. It is my goal as a therapist to guide clients as they continue writing the chapters of their lives.
