Graduate Intern

Some days may feel heavier than others, but I believe even the smallest good moments and accomplishments carry meaning. I’m here to walk alongside you through the challenges, transitions, and victories. Throughout our journey together, I will offer support, encouragement, and space to grow.

I’m currently earning my second master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Missouri Baptist University. My first master’s is in ESL Education, and I bring a diverse background with certifications in communication, instructional design, and project management (PMP). My unique blend of skills helps me connect with people from all walks of life whether you’re navigating a personal struggle, career stress, or life transition.

As a former military spouse, I understand firsthand the many stages military families go through before, during, and after deployments.

My counseling approach is rooted in Adlerian theory, which emphasizes connection, belonging, and purpose. I also draw from CBT, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed practices.

I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing challenges with personality disorders, emotional regulation, trauma, stress management, substance abuse, crisis situations, and couples and family issues.

My goal is to meet you where you are and create a safe, collaborative environment where you feel seen, heard, and empowered to move forward.
