I believe therapy is all about learning to embrace who you are and step into your authentic self. Life can be incredibly difficult to navigate, and many challenges can present themselves when we feel like our actions aren't aligned with our most authentic self or we don't know who we are just yet. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and others through fostering a strong working relationship built on mutual connectedness and authenticity, so you feel safe enough to explore and work with whatever is coming up for you. I aim to support you as well as challenge you to promote curiosity and growth.

I use an eclectic approach, meaning I utilize multiple therapeutic modalities to meet your specific, individual needs. This allows me to be flexible and center our work around your goals, symptoms, and challenges.

I received my Bachelor's in Social Work from the University of Missouri - Columbia (Mizzou) in 2019 and received my Master's in Social Work in 2020 after completing the advanced standing program at the Jane Addams School of Social Work at University of Illinois - Chicago. I am currently working towards obtaining my LCSW.
