“The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step.”

                       -Lao-tzu

The journey of life can bring many changes and challenges.   Navigating these challenges can sometimes take our emotions on a rollercoaster ride of feeling hopeless, mentally exhausted, and unsure of how to move forward.  The extraordinary life you desire awaits! I’ll support you every step of the way!

As your therapist, I will hold space for you in a way that’s non-judgmental, caring, and compassionate. Through my eclectic therapeutic style, I will use modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.  We will collaborate in identifying challenges and create an approach that will assist you in modifying unhelpful thinking, improve awareness and control over emotions in a way that will enhance your ability to live mindfully and in the present. I look forward to working with you!

With families and busy schedules in mind, I offer nights and weekend hours!
