M.A., Graduate Intern

I have been serving the community for the last 20 years in various capacities working with individuals and agencies. Currently I am a School Counselor at a Public Charter School in St.Louis City. If you have a student struggling with behavior, academics or social relationships let’s work together to address these concerns. I am also an advocate for those experiencing domestic violence. I can support you by identifying the red flags, creating your boundaries and empowering you to find your voice. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder is another area that I am capable of guiding you through your personal healing journey. I believe healthy relationships are essential to promoting your mental health. Finding your peace utilizing mindfulness, journaling and self-care practices.

I believe what motivates humans is love either giving or receiving. The action of love brings out the feelings of hope, joy and belonging. Each human when born consistently is seeking to attain love. Each person is motivated by love and the way they choose to receive that love. Together we can discover what you need to feel healthy and whole
