Everyone has their own story. Within these stories are struggles and challenges. Sometimes we don't give ourselves the time to process and fully understand our emotions. It is normal to ask for help navigating these different stages and emotions. I am here with an open ear to support you through these challenges.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with an emphasis in Mental Health from Webster University. From there my passion for helping people maintain their well-being only grew and I found myself at Webster University again working towards a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
