I am passionate about helping others and making a difference in the lives of those around me. I feel like now more than ever, individuals have noticed the value of mental health and the benefits of seeking assistance. Looking back, there have been times in my life where having someone to talk to would have been extremely helpful, especially during my childhood and teenage years. Everyone goes through difficult times and feelings of anxiety, stress, grief, sadness, etc. You are not alone. I am here to provide constructive support, new ideas, concepts, and techniques to thrive.
I am a middle school choir director and have had close to a decade of experience working with children and adolescents alike. I love getting to empower children and adolescents to become their best selves. I believe that family and your relationships, or lack thereof, create and shape who you are. I seek to provide familial support to guardians and their families so that everyone may feel heard and understood. I am ardent about helping children, couples, and families develop open communication skills and establish healthy, secure relationships.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Music Education from Murray State University and a Master's in School Counseling through Missouri Baptist University. I am eager to continue changing lives in another area that I am passionate about. I am delighted to work alongside Diversified Health and Wellness in helping clients reach their fullest potential.
