Let’s face it...life can be hard. Work, school, kids, relationships, emotions, responsibilities, expectations. It can feel downright overwhelming at times, but you don’t have to do it alone.
I have a passion for guiding people through the struggles that come up in their lives, be it processing trauma, exploring life goals, tackling transitions, or learning better ways to cope with daily life. I provide affordable person-centered therapy where you are the expert of your own story while I provide an empathetic, genuine, non-judgmental space for you to share and explore. Together we work through your experiences, emotions, needs, and goals to get you living your best life. I have direct experience working with depression, anxiety, self-esteem/worth/confidence issues, life and coping skills, eating disorders, and women’ issues.
I offer sliding scale fees and daytime appointments. Evening and weekend appointments can be made on a limited basis. Please feel free to contact me for a free phone consultation or your first appointment.
