Katy Aull

Graduate Intern

I am glad you are here! Your mental health is not a problem to be solved, but rather an evolving journey with many twists and turns. You are the expert on your life and experience. My role is to create a safe space where your experience can be explored with compassion and empathy. My approach is to understand the dominant narratives that form your self-perception. Dominant narratives constitute who you are and shape your relationships with others so we will work as a team to re-write the stories that no longer serve you and decide what the next chapter will be. You are the author of your story and have the power to change it at any time. Let’s get started…
