Graduate Intern

I believe each of us is our own best teacher. No one can ever know you better than you know yourself. And yet, with all the noise surrounding us in our day-to-day lives, sometimes we have difficulty listening to ourselves. As your therapist, I will create a safe and non-judgmental space where you can find and listen to your voice, whether you are dealing with stress in relationships,
anxiety, depression, or trying to make sense of past traumas. I will stay with you and help you discover solutions to your struggles. Reaching out to talk to someone is a brave step, and I am here to listen to you.

I have a B.S. degree in education from the University of Missouri. I have worked in the field of education for over ten years and am a mom of three. Currently, I am working towards my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling from Lindenwood University.
