I realize that everyone is unique in their lived experiences and I will help you in a way that is specific to you. No one knows you better than yourself, and I am here to learn about you and provide tools that can better help you manage stress, cope, heal and gain a new perspective. It can be hard navigating the difficult parts of life, and hopefully I can help offer support on your journey to finding inner strength.
I want to work together to accomplish the goals you have set. I believe that every aspect of your being is important and will use a person-centered approach that focuses on the mind as well as the body. It is my goal to provide a safe and accepting space where we can be open and honest in our work together. I’m flexible and will be able to adjust our plans as things go or as things change.
I have received my Bachelors degree in psychology from Saint Louis University and am currently working on my Masters degree at Maryville University in the Rehabilitation Counseling and Psychology program. I am just beginning my clinical work at Diversified Health and Wellness.
