B.A., Graduate Intern
I am a Graduate Intern completing my M.A. in Counseling at Lindenwood University. Prior to graduate school, I completed a B.A. in Psychology at Maryville University.
My philosophy is that Counseling is a valuable resource that everyone can benefit from, and that there should not be a stigma associated with seeking help. With an open mind, I welcome all clients to share their stories and begin their journey of personal growth.
In particular, I have a passion for athletics and a desire to help those who are struggling with performance anxiety in sports. In athletics anxiety can sometimes be viewed as a weakness, but my goal is to change that mindset and turn the anxiety into a positive.
