I work together with my clients to address their specific goals and needs; enhance and improve their overall well-being; and assist them towards a better tomorrow. I offer family, individual and couples counseling in a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere that fosters support, empathy & understanding between client and therapist.
I do not adhere to a one-size-fits-all approach to counseling; rather, I am committed to providing therapeutic services that best meet the needs of my clients strengths and challenges unique to them. Yet, the theoretical approaches I tend to use most often are strength-based, solution-focused, and client centered therapy.
Establishing trust is fundamental in forming a successful therapeutic relationship. However, I understand that some things are difficult to share. I encourage you to feel comfortable with me; to express to me who you are; and to discuss the things that brought you to therapy so we can work together towards making positive changes in your life.
