B.A., Graduate Intern
Greetings!
I am happy to have you here with me. I am finishing my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Missouri Saint Louis. I received my Bachelor's in Psychology at the University of Missouri Saint Louis as well.
My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where you feel free to express your true self. Mental health is just as important as physical health and I aim to break the stigma that comes with seeking counseling. There is nothing to big or small to bring into session. I use a person-centered technique and help each client find the solution from within. I have worked with couples, teens, and adults.
