Let’s face it, life can be challenging. There are moments on our journeys when we run out of solutions, feel miserable and need help, or when we simply want to talk to someone who is warm, nonjudgmental, and compassionate. If this sounds like a pursuit
you’re interested in, welcome home. You’ve found the right place. At Diversified we have a number of individuals who are willing and prepared to walk with you on your journey; thank you for being here.

Now, if you’re wondering if I’d be a good fit for you, perhaps an introduction is in order. I’m currently a counselor-in-training attending Webster University for a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. I completed an undergraduate degree in psychology at Portland State University, not far from where I grew up in the Pacific Northwest. To accompany these formal trainings, I spent 3 years after high school learning the ropes of life in an informal manner while serving in the United States Air

I believe that counseling is a partnership, you can think of it as a two-way street. While you may look at me as the “expert” in the field of mental health literature and techniques, I look at you as the expert of your life. What you’ve done has gotten you this
far, and I’m eager to learn from you. But I also recognize that you may be seeking help because you need assistance in taking your next steps. If we can form a genuine, trustworthy relationship focused on achieving your goals for therapy, I believe we can leverage our combined knowledge to help you make the most of this opportunity.
