It's okay to not be okay. Having support is very important in navigating the hills and mountains of life, as many unexpected things can arise. Having a solid support system and a safe space to share your thoughts and feelings are important. At the heart of my practice is Emotionally Focused Therapy, a research-backed approach that emphasizes the importance of emotional bonds in relationships. Whether you're struggling with communication breakdowns, patterns/cycles of behaviors, trust issues, or feeling disconnected from your partner, EFT provides a roadmap to rebuilding secure and fulfilling connections. EFT can be applied to families, couples, and individuals. I see a range of ages in practice, but the majority are young adults, older/middle age adults, and teens.

Seeking therapy is a significant step, and I honor your individual pace and comfort level. Together, we'll collaborate to create a personalized roadmap for your therapeutic journey. Whether you're facing relationship challenges, emotional distress, or personal growth hurdles, I'm here to provide guidance and support that you deserve.

I earned my Undergraduate degree at Southeast Missouri State University in psychology and am currently working towards my master’s degree at Saint Louis University in Marriage and Family Therapy. My degree allows special certifications to see couples and families in therapy, but I of course see individuals too. I view problems brought into therapy with a family systems lens and want to understand you as a person in therapy.

I am thankful the opportunity to work with Diversified Health and Wellness Center.
