Angel Kramer

My passions in life and in my practice are helping people to connect to their genuine selves and getting in touch with their personal spirit. In my practice, I will provide a safe space to process, explore, and grow through whatever it is my clients bring in, be it anxiety, depression, or other life struggles. My goal is to help my clients find their authentic selves and provide a nonjudgmental, non directive, space to reach their goals in therapy.

Have you felt a need for a stronger connection to your own spirit? Or, perhaps needed a therapist who understands your spirituality? Over the years I have noticed a need for spiritually
informed therapy. With the increasing disconnect and isolation with technology, there seems to be a decrease in connection with our individual spirit. I provide therapy that is spiritually
informed and oriented, as well as person centered to help improve mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. I have a working knowledge and understanding of what might be called alternative or non-traditional beliefs, such as Paganism, Wicca, New Age, Asatru, non-Abrahamic faiths, mysticism, Native American Spirituality, nonspecific spiritual faith, etc. I also provide therapy that is simply informed by spirituality without it being the primary or identified concern.

Beyond spiritually informed therapy, I also provide sex therapy and sex education. I work with individuals to increase their sexual self awareness, improve connectedness, and overcome
barriers. For some that might mean relearning about sex and intimacy; for others that might mean overcoming shame or internalized religious messages about sex and intimacy. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for alternative lifestyles, polyamory, kink, and the LGBTQIAA+ community. My practice is person centered, and my focus is on the individual in my office and meeting that individual where they are in their process.
