I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all. I want to work alongside you and help you during this time. I want to provide a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space for you to explore your feelings, to heal, and to grow. We all experience difficult times in our lives and it is okay to reach out and ask for help. Your feelings are valid and you deserve to get help. Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, body image issues, or something different, I am here to listen and to understand. Reaching out for help can be scary as there can be fear in the unknown, but I am here with complete empathy to support you.
